Hi,
I'm a young student (17) looking for somewhere in Crookes or Hunters Bar. I'm just looking at costs and things so if anyone can help, that'd be great!
Thanks

Hi, James I have got 2 rooms left to rent out to students. I have already one student living there at the moment, he just moved in on 1/07/08. The rent is £55.00 per week, no bond required due to current new legislation. The house is in Crookes, excellent residential area, fully double glazed, power shower, cental heating, brand new fridge/freezer and washing machine etc. It is only 5 minutes walking distance from the main Crookes shops, buses etc. It is available immediately for a 12 months contract. Please contact Sarj if you are interested on 07809030277. Thanks.

Don't worry, I didn't post the msg that long ago! I notice that the two double rooms on different roads are different prices. Is this because of the quality of housing? Only i've heard that a lot of houses up in hunters bar have damp problems!

Hi, the two rooms are on different roads (Cowlishaw Road and Walton Road). Walton Road is extremely popular as it is near the Tesco/Blockbuster etc on Ecclesall Road and the Botanical Gardens so the higher rent reflects this. The quality of house is probably slightly better as it has been more recently refurbished but all our properties are well maintained and kept in good order.
As a responsible landlord none of our properties have reported damp problems.
Any other questions best to call Simon on 07746 646 206.
Kind regards
