I had my frame removed today!!!
It hurt, but I didn't cry, scream or swear - I was good. If I poured water on it I bet it would come out like a colander (:hihi:) but its off and in six weeks it will be on its way to being back to normal and I can get on with the exercise again!!
Woo!!! Its taken its time but it seems to be over - finally!

Excellent, bet you`re about 3 stone lighter!!!!:D
Weldone not screaming, not sure I would`ve been so brave!
Dammit, what am I going to talk about at work now, its not half as interesting having a sister who used to have a metal leg. You're so selfish Pennypie :hihi:
What happened that led you to having the frame in the first place?
Congrats though on having it removed.....and slowly does it.....no running marathons just yet :D

I took my bandages off today, and the holes aren't as bad as I thought they would be - but my ankle is really really swollen :( Sure it will go down in a few days though!!
Off to have my first proper bath in four months now!! I can't wait!!

hehe good news, bet your leg feels like it's trying to float off, now, isn't it, with all that meccano taken off it?
Oooh, glad it's all ok now.
Just looked at the gruesome pic - kudos on keeping the toenails varnished!
