If you want if for a company then I would invest in someone to design and build it for you. It will look far more professional than one you have knocked together in front page. If its something you want to learn then you need to learn html and css. I was bored working a night shift thinking "I wonder how them there new fangled 'website' thingys work?" The best thing to do to learn once you've got the basics is come up with an idea, then try and figure out how to do it. There are loads of resources on the web to help you on your way.
