My brother was born with this and so was my cousin, both treated when born and fine now. my daughter is 1 yr old next month, when she was born she had various tests. and was fine. hard work as no-one really knew what it was.!! the hv has started measuring her head and it is small. it isnt even in the charts. but she is a small but v. active baby. (but I have a small head)
hv told me to take her to see gp.
I dont really know what cranio stenosis. is. something to do with the soft spot on the head not growing or something I think
??

I have got brothers and sister and they have kids and they have all been fine.

My son was investigated for this as he had almost non existent soft spots on his head, however he was found not to be suffering from this condition. For us we had to have my sons skull x-rayed to see whether the skull sutures had fused and several follow up appointments with a consultant to ensure his head was growing and his development was normal.
