BUPA Great North Run

The BUPA Great North Run holds the title of ‘biggest road race in the world’! 50,000 people took part in last year’s 13.1 mile race, including serious runners looking to improve a previous time, complete novices, fancy dress runners and celebrities.

By running for the Meningitis Trust, you will automatically be part of our All Stars Team.

It has been specially set up to provide motivation and support to all that take part in adrenalin events for us. The name reflects how much we appreciate the dedication and commitment that all our supporters make to the cause. To us, you are All Stars…

In return for running for us we’ll make sure you get all the support you need before, during and after the event including:

A full race pack that includes training and dietary advice
Fundraising ideas and tips
A personalised running vest
Regular race information updates
Post-race leg massage
Access for you and your supporters to our post-race reception
A goody bag for each runner
To join our All Stars Team you’ll need to pay a registration fee and pledge to raise a minimum amount of sponsorship.

If you have already secured your own place with the BUPA Great North Run you can still run for us as a volunteer.
