Are they still going? I got into them around the late 80s/early 90s thanks to Beavis & Butthead. They got a good bit of mainstream attention in the mid 90s thanks to popping up on a few movie soundtracks.

Quite liked a few of their singles (including pepper obviously) but never really got into them.

I used to have Locust Abortion Technician. Haven't heard any other albums but it was definitely a good album.

Locust Abortion Technician was their best album. Their other stuff was patchy, and of that, I'd recommend 'Psychic, Powerless - Another Man's Sac'.
They were mind-blowing live. I saw them at Leeds poly about 1987 and it was a major trip. A metal-loving mate who'd heard a couple of tracks off 'Locust...' was appalled and declared it the worst gig he'd ever been to. But he loved Whitesnake so who was he to comment.
