my daughter finally went into her own room the other day and is sleeping soooo much better! After 18 months of her waking 5 + times a night for breastfeeds, she went into her own room and I decided to get my OH to go into her with a cup of water if she woke. The first night she woke 3 times for the water, and since only wakes once, we've even had a couple of nights of her sleeping through!
Its made such a difference, I sometimes have days now where I feel like a living breathing human being :D

Thats brilliant news, just goes to show, we think they cannot possibly survive without their mummies during the night and they prove you wrong in the best possible way!

My baby also slept through for the first time last night. I'd imagine it's a one off though, and wont last, but thought i'd brag anyway lol :hihi:

Mine has slept through for 12 nights running! Yey! He has woken for the past two mornings after 7am! :)

I'm waiting for mine to get back to it... at least he only woke once last night!!

He slept through from 8 weeks to 16 weeks, then rebelled again!! grr!!!

8 weeks.....gawd.....mine have never slept through until they were over a year...

I crave sleep

I was going to keep quiet on this one (not wanting to be hated by all). Rachel has slept through for some time now and I sometimes have to wake her at 9 for a feed as she is still asleep.

I am going to try putting her in the big cot tonight for the first time...... wish me luck, I have a feeling I am going to need it.
