I am 'dating' (I hate that word, no idea why I just do) anyway I am seeing this guy we have been friends for a year and five months ago we both admitted we liked each other more than that. So we started meeting up in our personal time, going to the cinema etc

I have had two previous relationships, both men were not the best looking men but had amazing charisma but both weren't right for me.
The guy that I am seeing now is the best looking man I have ever been out with. He really is so gorgeous I could stare at his perfection for hours :gag:

I was never interested in looks before don't know why just wasn't, but I started seeing him as he is also the nicest man I have ever met. He holds doors open, pays for everything, never gets angry, never swears in front of me, I could go on and on.
One thing that has shocked me, being the first time I have ever dated a very handsome man is WOMEN!
The death stares, snigering, women at work trying to put him off me, the list of reasons are as follows (remember these women have never spoken to me)

I walk like a model(well I did used to be one I can't help the way I walk)
I am stuck up...? moi?
I give them dirty looks (I really don't other women NEVER threaten me, I appreciate other womens beauty)
I used to be a dancer (he knows and isn't put off, he is rather impressed)
blah, blah, blah

I just can't believe it, I am shocked as I have never experienced this, it is extremely ammusing, in a sick way I LOVE IT! :hihi:

Has anyone else experienced gorgeous perfect man syndrom? and how do you cope?

It is I feel soo lucky, nothing normally ever goes this good for me. He is too good to be true, he even helps the old lady that lives next door to him with her shopping very weekend. When his Mum got breast cancer he was at the hospital wih her every single week without fail.

Nothing makes you more attractive to women than already having a gorgeous woman on your arm.

Don't be blinded by angelfaces though they can be players too I think it's more personality that causes dishonesty - not looks.

Yes same here, although he has an amazing personality he couldn't walk in a room and make everyone love him within five seconds, my ex could. He is quite shy and a very private person. Before we started talking I knew at least six women that emailed him and got no reply.

I'm exactly the same apart from maybe the no reply to emails - I'd feel rude :P

Good for you Flooz. I have to say I have never experienced 'gorgeous man syndrome'. Apart from a fleeting relationship with French male model, who turned out to be married (he lied) and his pregnant wife broke the door down to my apartment, where we were in bed and attacked him.

Not only was he a cheating liar, but he turned out to be incredibly dull.

Good luck.
