my daughter took my 2 grandsons to their football presentation on saturday at a workingmens club in shefield, the club put on a kareoke for them and all the kids sat on the edge of the stage, waiting there turn and cheering there pals on,when they got home at least 10 of the kids had yellow paint all over there ****s and trousers.
as you know most 14yr olds are into designer gear and football shirts, where do they stand, they are goin to the club later but want to know where they stand before charging in,there were no signs saying wet paint and at no time were the kids told to move off the stage:o :o

Well, I think I would politely request the cost of replacement. If the receipt was available I would take it along

If they're not forthcoming, then it's time to become firm, then collectively go to small claims

PS. You missed the 'r' out of shirts. The software has eliminated the resulting expletive.

its quite funny when u think about it, lol

but seriously they should be offering replacments if there was no "wet paint" sign up.

and u wud have thought that they wouldnt have been painting knowing there were people going to be using the place?

Spelling's looking good from here, wish I could say the same abo........ forget it, can't be bothered.

I'd agree with Strix, have a word and see what they say. They might turn around and just cough up.

Lol, I read that as ars*s and trousers and been thinking what "r" ?!?! I am frequently confused with the asteriks here though. Is it allowed to just use one asterisk?! I spend more time guessing the swear word

What has happened is that 'roughy101' has accidently mis-spelt shirts by leaving out the 'r'.
The Forum has an automatic program to stop offensive words appearing. It replaces letters with asterisks.
I'm fairly sure 'roughy101' did not type the asterisks.

I'm sure arses is OK.

This is what Strix was refering to.

So ****** *** ***** *** ***** **** :D

Mod Note: Hooray, spelling mystery solved! ;) Does anyone have any other advice for roughy101 with regards to the original question?
