:hihi: No joke, my cat came back from the vet with a personality transplant! I took in a small, ginger wimp who rarely came for a stroke and when she did it was on her terms and she would claw you if you tried to pick her up or put her on your knee! She really took after her evil mother! I brought home a proud ginger kitty who smacks every other cat in the house, follows me everywhere constantly wailing at me and wanting stroking. She sneaks onto my knee at every oppertunity and even in my bed :o. She wants carrying like a baby and will even let you tickle her belly :suspect:. I'm beginning to think they swapped her brain! :hihi:

My friends cat was exactly the same, very antisocial boy he was, but since he's been to the vets last time, he jumps up on your knee, let you stroke him without drawing blood and .................even lets you tickle his tummy....
Dya think there's something on in the vet world:suspect::hihi:

Maybe they are being nice so you don't take them back there?? If I'd had a thermometer up my backside I would take it as a punishment and try my best to not have to go back...

My kitten is only ever nice to me when she wants feeding.. the rest of the time she is really anti social,,...

I wonder if there is some sewcret experimenting being done :suspect: :hihi:. My kitty was spayed when she had her personality transplant but they say that it doesn't change your pets personality in the slightest

Nope, years ago we had a labrador who took on the personality of animals she watched on the tv, she became a camel for quite a period of time, honestly! Just had to watch her if lions were on....
