Delete your AOL accounts.

There was something like that on MSN not long back that said 'is this you?' with a pic file that tried to drop a trojan on your system.. Luckily AVG Internet Security kept blocking the attachment.. although I wouldn't have clicked it anyways.. but it was from some of my friends on MSN that had become infected and it was sending messages out automatically trying to spread itself..

We would be ok virus wise as the OH has all the latest top notch security, anti virus etc but you never know. It's more winding me up than anything because in the last half an hour I've had 5 of these IM's.

You can probably set privacy settings in AIM to block messages from all users not on your contact list. Try that.

IMO AOL is a virus, I cant stand it, getting rid of it is not very nice either, and why do they force a browser on you that is so user unfriendly that many website respond in just saying this page will not load with the AOL browser. (something to do with the way it sends POST variables to the next page)

It’s horrid! Down with AOL!

you can also add the filter term "someone has a crush on you" that way when that sentence gets picked up it will go straight to your trash can.

A bit unlucky if someone sends a real email saying that though :D
