Did anyone else notice Jane was throwing sponges at Ian at the same time as she was locked in the chippie?

Eastenders on a Wednesday? Why? It's bad enough it's on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and the flippin' Omnibus on Sundays! :loopy:

All the soaps are on different days/times at the moment, because FOOTBALL is considered much more necessary viewing!

Which it is. I forgot about it today though and ended up watching eastenders :hihi:

Nutty doctor woman got the gas oven tap on down in the kitchen, muttered a few bits of garbage and then got ready to light a fag.

We then saw a view from the square with all the lower windows blowing out before the credits.
Dawn, Mickey & sprog were upstairs so they should be OK.

I caught the last five minutes on BBC Three, waiting for Family Guy to come on. If EastEnders is now all about underage sex, explosions and people too stupid to throw something through the window then I might have to watch it more often!

It wasn't Jane, I thought exactly the same thing. She did look really like her, but it wasn't.

Agreed. I've just watched the episode and it wasn't her (I sky plused it and rewound it to check!!)

Damn I missed it :(- will have to catch up on Sunday. I thought the nutty doctor women was only after kidnapping the baby, she thought she could buy from Dawn, not burning them all. What better programs would you suggest watching in Eastenders place Rich?

Because of the football that is currently wreaking havoc with the schedules.

So, no-one died in the end at all, they just got a bit smoke blackened. Except mad Dr May, and she hardly counts! :D

I was sure this was the moment when they were going to rid the soap world of Keef and Mickey ... but NO!

Maybe Keef will have to have a wash now?

I love it!! It's all good fun, even if the characters/ story lines are far fetched!!

And that's what's crap, soaps are supposed at least represent some modicum of what goes on in real life, you're not telling me that half of what happens in Eastenders actually represents real life in the East end of London! :loopy:
