I'm at the bottom of Dyke Vale Road and I've just looked out my bedroom window and saw what looked like a section of the moon and was the colour of how new street lamps are. However, it was REALLY small and looked too far away to be the moon and it was in the wrong position for this time of night. It was over in the direction of Richmond Park, but if it was something, it was probably further away than that.
Has anyone else seen it or would it really have been the moon or something else...?
Not seen it - could it have been an aeroplane though???:P

I dont think that it could have been a plane. I live in one of the new houses on the estate just up the road from Birley Garden Centre and It's too cloudy to have been anything like that. It may have been the moon shining through a small hole in the clouds, but i havent seen anything.

You see thats the problem with UFO watchers nower days. Everyone is investigating through telescopes and satelites other worlds and other galaxys to find new life but all they had to do was look at the bottom of dyke vale road.

No, nothing like it. And the sky was clear by the time I looked. I couldn't see the moon anywhere from that side of the house.
