Slightly off topic and I know you didn't specify clothes but it is interesting that oxfam have teamed up with Marks & Spencers

Clothing has become much cheaper (think £4 jeans from asda) in the last few years and

The result is the bottom has fallen out of the charity shop/used clothes market.

Oxfam reckon there is ££££££'s of unworn clothing donating every year. I can't remember the detail but just google around - it was a big story a few weeks ago.

Im looking more towards normal goods and not that many clothes really.
Abit like Granny's Attic type of shop where people can bring tings to sell and hopefully they sell and i earn a commission.

HI there, there is similar second hand shop in Rothwell, Leeds called Pats Place, try and go up and have a look, she buys and sell everything for the house and makes a mint!

I'm looking into setting up a shop selling furniture (design led).

Let me know how you get on.

Good look Lou
