I was driving through Sheffield today, turning off Meadow Street on to the road where the Medico Legal Centre is and saw about 6 Police cars surrounding a civilian car.

This was just outside the chip shop on that road and it looked like someone was certainly in trouble.

Unfortunately I was driving at the time so couldn't get a photo for the forum, but is anyone aware of what's happening or see it themselves?

anyone any further info yet seeing as how this forum seems to be at least most of the time more up to date then the official star site and better informed aswell

I got a text on my work phone at about 2.50pm saying the following:

*Any operative on Wybourn area avoid Boundary Road. Police armed response team at No.*** weapons missing and may still be in area.*

Wasn't completely sure what to make of it but I made sure I stayed out of Wybourn from that moment as I was driving through the area when I got the text. :o

Other side of city centre though really as Wybourn is S2 and Meadow St is S3.
