hi all just wondered if anyone can help me with a wee problem i have my little male kitten (well 5 months) has had his bits of last week and since then i have found a couple of little puddles of wee around my tv stand this is very unusual as he has been litter trained from the beggining and i have never noticed him doin this befor,and i had him done he had started to spray,i doesnt smell but i also dont want little piddles in my house ..thanks

He's either still spraying (and having a cat neutered or spayed never guarantees they won't carry on spraying) or he's making protest because he's got a urine infection. Cats often signal that they are in pain this way. If he's spraying, you need to discourage him from marking the same area by cleaning it with warm water and bioligical washing powder - don't use dusinfectant or bleach as these have an ammonia smell that mimics the smell of tom-cat pee and encourages further marking behaviour.

will keep an eye on him reg the urine infection ,dont think it was spraying as he hadnt done it before,and getting my persil out very shortly !!! thankyou katkin very helpful:thumbsup:

just read my first post and it says he had sprayed ,,,ooops typo !! got him done before had had sprayed ..:roll:

My cat did that for a bit after he was spayed, sometimes on the bed while we were in it!

It was really horrible and we had a stinky few months but he's grown out of it now, hopefully yours will to. Apparently you can get something called Feliway from the vets that can help too.
