Does anybody know of ladies kickboxing class for beginners. I'd Prefer one that I could attend more than once a week.

There is a ladies beginners class taught by Mark Howarth.
The class is at :
KNOX BOXing gym
77 Sidney Street near decathlon sports shop and the old niche nightclub.

The beginners class is on Thursday , 730-830pm
Each class costs £5.
