Can any one please help me i am trying to change my profile picture do a one of my pictures can anyone help me?

Select your options from the menu on the left, then edit options from the top bar, scroll down to the bottom and there will be a picture of your avatar along with a button marked 'change avatar' - hit this and follow the instructions!
