Hi,

What is highfield like an area? Im thinking of buying a house on St Barnabas Road- is a a student area?
what are the people like, is it safe? Can i rent it out for a year before i move in?

I lived in highfield for a while, it is a student area but there is also many families there too. I don't think you would have a problem renting it out as it is close to the city and london road. I've always felt pretty safe in the area and it tend to be quiet at night if your away from the main roads.

One problem can be parking and getting about quickly on match days as they park down that road. I'd love to live around there again if the houses had big gardens and a place to park my car!
