i want to start boxing or kickboxing (mainly boxing) but i don't know where to go. I need the place near the city centre s1. HELP!!!

if u wanna start boxing come down to the Knox Boxing gym. the gym is based just behind decathlon, at 77 sydney street. 2 doors down from the old niche night club(the big black building)

the classes are as follows:

monday - thursday 5pm-7pm
friday 3pm-5pm
saturday 10am-12pm

you can turn up anytinme within those times and it is £3 a session

just turn up in jogging bottoms or shorts and a t-sirt.

There is kickboxing at the same gym too.
Monday/Thursday @ 830pm , Tuesday at 730pm and Friday at 7pm
Kickboxing classes are £5 each time you come.
