We're moving into a 3 bed apartment in Royal Plaza as renters and were hoping for someone who perhaps lives or has lived here to answer a couple of questions:

1) Are there TV aerial points?

2) Is it possible to get Sky when you're on a 12 month tenancy?

3) Any information on phone line / broadband and availability?

4) Any information on car parking, prices and whether its worth it? I will be leaving at 7am for work and not getting back til after 6 could I get away with parking on the street for most of the time??

5) Anything else for us to bear in mind?
