Twiglet 10-04-2005, 18:37 I might be going nuts but I'm fairly certain I heard about it when they first started selling it in supermarkets. I'll have a scout round and report back if I can find out what it is....... Found it: http://www.night-time-milk.com/ Apparently its high in melatonin and aids sleep. Elphi 24 10-04-2005, 19:01 I saw this milk sold today in sainsburys at meadowhall Kristian 10-04-2005, 19:04 Originally posted by redhotjo I saw this milk sold today in sainsburys at meadowhall Wow it must be good, 'cos I saw Jo asleep in the aisle, slumped over the trolley, from just reading the label! ;) Has anyone actually had this? Is it any good? You all know I could definately use some! Elphi 24 10-04-2005, 21:07 i think that would have been the bottle of wine kristian - just before you get to the milk! Deavon 10-04-2005, 21:16 For trouble sleeping have you tried 'Nytol, One A Night'? I do irregular shifts and occasionally need to re-adjust my sleeping patterns. I've found it really effective. Out like a light and sleep right through. Funnily enough only with the 'One A Night' rather than the standard stuff. (It's non prescription, but make sure you check with pharmacist before taking or buying for your mum!) neeeeeeeeeek 10-04-2005, 21:19 Milk contains Tryptophan which is a precursor to serotonin so good for helping you feel relaxed etc. Kristian 10-04-2005, 21:33 Originally posted by Deavon For trouble sleeping have you tried 'Nytol, One A Night'? I find two of the 'one a night' capsules and a bottle of wine never fail to get me off to sleep! :D skiprat 30-04-2005, 12:56 Someone I know has been and bought some night milk which is supposed to help you sleep, this has got to be a con, it is normal milk in a diffrent carton with night milk written on the side, and costs more money, Has any one got any comments or are they just taking us for fools. skiprat Mo 30-04-2005, 12:59 Is it April 1st? threecolours 30-04-2005, 14:43 http://www.sainsburystoyou.com/index.jsp;jsessionid=Czm02MJ4hQqF12Ig9NBlpUWFzFGRB N3ybSVbFVQQq2SwrKvPmsLZ!-433800308!pjsstyaw08!7005!8005!-1069460322!pjsstyaw09!7005!8005?bmUID=111487544446 1 It's not April's Fools...but maybe its a bit of a con.... |
