hi just wanted to see if anyone thinks my kitten needs mental help..he was neutered yesterday and was running about straight away but now is literally bouncing off the walls doin rolly pollys and being a general menace,,im sure he thinks all his bits are still there and he just went to vets to have a nap ...come on who has spiked him with 10 cans of redbull

Generally vets don't worry too much about toms, especially if they're neutered when they're really young. The incisions aren't even big enough to need stitches, so it's quite understandable that they recover from the operation as soon as the effects of the anaesthetic have worn off.

Don't worry about him sazzlebrin. The snip doesn't bring sanity for bonkers kits.

If he's under puberty then he never knew that he had them in the first place!

Poor lad! hehe Bet it's a bit "draughty" for him!

Good on you for being a caring abnd responsible owner, and having him "done" though. Well done!

He'll be right as ninepence soon! It'll be like it never happened. (as you have seen, already!)

haha our Tiggy boy was like that, I was certain he still had bits because he had no shaved patch and was as hyper as anything!
I have found that female cats take a lot longer to recover because theres is more of an intrusive thing (I think!) our 2 were awful recovering!!

think they put another pair of plums IN with how hyper he has been yesterday and today ,,,my dog is now back to her full glorious self chasing him around and not letting her toy ball leave her mouth.all my worry over nothing.
