Hello,
I am trying to print lots of screens as i have a presentation to do and needs the screen shots of the internal system.
I can press the print screen button and copy into word but when printed it is really small and to be honest it does'nt copy the whole page, it cuts off a small part on the right hand side. I can't use these in the meeting?!! Boo!!
I tried to make it bigger in paint but that would'nt work either.....
Any help would be really appreciated...
Thank you
when you copy into word if you click one of the corners you can drag it to make it bigger

Hiya there
Printed screens will always look smaller in print than they do on the screen because basicaly the dots are bigger on screen than on your printer !!, so that when you print it it looks much smaller than on screen. All paint does is strecth the image.. you need to re-size it ( this samples the image, and re-creates a bigger version)
There are some tools you can get to help you though try this free printscreen (grabs pictures from your screen that you can highlight)
http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/
Make sure that you get the free version rather than the pro version (unless of course you like the pro features) make sure you save in bmp format becuase that allows greater flexability when re-sizing the image later
You could then try enlarging the images in something like photoshop, paint shop pro, or photoimpact, most of these programs will show you a preview of the size it will look when printed, say on an A4 sheet. bear in mind that the larger you make the picture the more blurred it will look.
If you dont have any of these you can try getting free photo editors try

or
http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/software/PhotoPlus/default.asp
of course if you dont mind junking your computer a little you could always download a trial of photoshop or the like.
If you want to try a free desktop publishing program to help you publish these files you are making, try
http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/software/PagePlus/default1.asp
I hope all goes well
