Hi everyone
I am hopefully taking up an offer of a job in Manchester so my house will become vacant end of July (or sooner if needed) or a double bedroom and a single available immediately. It is on Olive Grove Road, S2 (first Road behind Netto). It is a 2 x double and a single, bathroom, sitting room , dining room (currently being used as a 4th bedroom, easy to revert) and separate kitchen. It comes fully furnished with leather sofa and chairs, dining room furniture and bedrooms are all fitted out, plus all white goods. It has a back garden for those summer bbq's and small front garden.
Plenty of on-street parking. Excellent local transport from 300 yards or easy walking to Station, Hallam Uni, city centre, restaurants and pubs, 5mins away from tram stop.
