Hiya

This apartment sounds great. I was just wondering a few things; Is the flat furnished? Does the price per month include council tax, and if not then how much will council tax be on the property? Also is there available parking near the property?

Thanks
Tom

hi tom.
thanks for your enquiry.the flat is part furnished.beds, wardrobes, all white goods, leather sofa, dining table and chairs are all in situ.council tax is not included but service charges are.council tax is approx £1200 pa.im afraid no parking comes with the flat although residents have in the past negotiated rates with car park providers....

Hi Stuart,
I left you a voicemail regarding a cat that I have. Would this be satisfactory for you?
Kind regards,
Shelley
