It'd have more buses (NOT LOW FLOOR), I personally don't care if the buses are low floor or not, the more NON low floor buses, the less prams and grannies on buses... Plus them rond windowed low floor buses are hideous !
Put them old Dennis and Alexander double deckers... Cheaper to maintain and to buy and bob's your uncle, this is Sheffield, no fancy pancy Laaaaandaan for Pete's sake, we don't stand for ceremonies !

Would be there when i need it, not 30 minutes later on a every 10 minute timetable.

Basically, with 4 threads complaining about first... Boredom and exasperation, I'd tick all them boxes and another 10 to make it barely adequate !
