Did anyone watch the programme on BBC 2 last night about the mind of millionaire and whether self made millionaires share characteristics.

Well I found it very interesting, especially the kid who brought those motorised scooters into the country.

Well I took the test (http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/mind/surveys/millionaire1/) and my results are below.

What do your results say?

Your score is: 21
You're in the top group - score 17 - 25
You've got top-dollar millionaire potential. You're careful with your money and have a healthy attitude to it. You're hard-working and determined to be successful.

I got 22 which was pretty surprising. I'm off now to try and find a way of making my millions.

Could have got 25 (if I wasn't being honest!) as it's easy to see what the "right" answers should be.

I think the key is not just having a good idea but it's doing something that you enjoy and excites you. It then isn't like work so you can put so much into it. Unfortunately, my present "venture" bores the ****e out of me, which is no doubt why I'm on this bloody forum all the time! Still, I shall plug away and hopefully sell-out in the next 6-12 months with enough money to do something I will really enjoy!

I ended up doing something I really loved (hobby turned career) ... and it excited and enthused me too !!

Still ... that alone was not enough Zamo ... I think you can't just follow your enthusiasm and hope it will be ok ... you need to make sure what you're doing will reap you rewards and not end up in a 'hit and hope' situation (like i did).

What would you like to be doing Zamo ?

Hey look u 2 you've both made the same number of postings. Being in unison perhaps you should go into partnership :D

I wouldn't mind buying and runing a pub - probably in the sticks or some leafy suburb - - ideally with a manager so I can go into semi-retirement!

Last year I seriously considered moving to Australia to run a yacht charter/diving business. In the end it was moving away from family that stopped me.

I got 10. Probably having the mind of a student held me back slightly though.

I got 16 - this doesn't suprise me. I prefer the work - life balance, witrh less emphasis on work..
only way I'm gonna be a millionaire is if I ever win the lottery. And you have to buy a ticket to win that don't you? Maybe I'll FIND a lottery ticket and win the jackpot.

Blimey - I got 24. Maybe that's why I work for myself anyway :D Wonder why I didn't get 25 :( That mystery dropped point will be gnawing away at me when I'm still working at 2am.

Zamo - I nearly ended up working in Australia! Got offered a business visa from this company I worked for out there. Came home for the same reasons as you!! I'd prefer to run my own nightclub/cafe/radio station all as one building. That'd be everything I love in one place!! Plus you'd be able to broadcast your own nights on the cheap for weekend entertainment!! 8)

I got 19 btw, but it is easy to see which answers are the 'right' ones if you watched the programme...

I got 22 - probably just as well with me being self employed!!!

No surprise there.
I'll have to win the lottery to get rich...or marry a rich man and accidentally shove him off a balcony so I can return to my sweetheart with the ill-gotten gains.
But I don't play the lottery and I don't suffer fools gladly. So I guess I'll stay as I am.:P

It’s a case of being in the right place, right time with the right idea combined with a serious amount of risk.

I got 11 which is cool.

I'd have been seriously worried had I come out anywhere near having the mind of a millionaire!!

I'm way too much of a hippy for that!
