Does anyone know if Sheffield will be using postal voting again for the General Election?

There doesn't seem to be any indication on the main news websites about which constituencies are using Postal Voting and which ones are using the more reliable "pencil on a string in the poling station" method.

Everybody is entitled to apply for a postal vote. Last year in certain constituencies it was the only method but this year it's optional.

but if you turn up to vote and they say you've already voted - you can be sure you've voted for Labour!
