Hello all!
Were are supplying the alcohol for our wedding reception and are needing to cater for around 150 people. Not all will be drinking alcoholic beverages but as you might imagine some may be drinking a fair bit :p

Can anyone give me some tips on where to buy alcohol from where will be cheapest in bulk...

booze cruise to france? a friend of mine did that and saved loads, it only cost about £20 on the ferry too.
I'm guessing the warehouses are the best bet otherwise, such as macro and JTF. Also try places like job lot, aldi, lidl and netto for cheap non branded spirits (they taste pretty much the same). Have sparkling wine instead of champagne. If you buy anything from places such as morrisons I'm pretty sure they offer a glass loan service, actually I think rhythm and booze do too

some of the wine in aldi is really nice!

Also look at Tesco for their offers - especially their online deals.

hey juliana, where are you getting married? have you checked that you don't have to pay corkage on your drinks? I know that some places charge per bottle
