Ive been trying to find a flat in Broomhill / Low end of Crookes and am quickly realising its a little over my budget. Im considering expanding my search to Broomhall so I want to know what kind of area it is.

What are the best roads, places to avoid, supermarkets etc. etc.

Hi Dan-

I currently live in Broonhall.

The nicer parts of the area include Wilkinson St (I think that there is a new-build apartment for let on this street), Brunswick St, and Holberry Close or Holberry Gardens.

There's a massive Waitrose just down the road nr London Road and there is a small Tescos and Budgens nearby on West St.
