My rescue dog Layla and my dog santino both have kennel cough.She gave it to him.He has been really poorly so we took em both to the vets he perscribed antibiotics for them £41:o The problem is they were both booked in for her spay him neutered.The vets won't do it now I have to wait 2 weeks:(He is off his food and just wants to be left alone but Layla jumps on him and wants to play [her nose running all over]:gag:I guess he is the same as when men have ''man flu''.Big Thanx to MOONBIRD for the advice.:)

When our dogs had kennel cough we were told to give full strength adult benylin. 1 spoon full 3 times a day. It worked really well.

Layla is only a pup though so we got baby benylin.They are both fast asleep snivelling.:)

poor guys! my dog when he had it was on cough medicine and then antibiotics. he was luckliy not too ill with it just gunky and sneezy

Oh poor babies, my foster before Layla gave it to my oldest dog Dodger (13 yrs) and he was really poorly with it so you have my sympathies.
