come along to a revitalizing and re-energizing yoga class this sunday! suitable for all ages and abilities. No need to book, just turn up.:-)

classes are held at the Scout Hut, botanical road, (just off ecclesall road) 11am-12.30pm.

classes are £5, but £3 for first timers.

community forum, john street (part of S.U.F.C, just off bramall lane) wednesdays 7.30pm-9pm.

and the Scout Hut, botanical road, (just off ecclesall road) 11am-12.30pm.

yes this class runs every sunday.:-)
my background training consists of a diploma in hatha yoga with the registered yoga alliance, with the shama yoga school. i hope this helps answer your query, feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.
