We have 2 spare big double bedrooms in a shared house in S2 (house shared with 2 girls). House has shared kitchen/ living room, 1 bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, alarm system, wireless internet, nice garden and a small cat. It is close to bus routes into the city (both to Hallam uni and Uni of Sheff), but would also suit non-student. smokers welcome; non-smokers welsome. available from july 1. £60 per week, bills not included.
