The room is a terraced House located at the bottom of Penrhyn Road opposite the infant school at Hunters Bar. Great location ideal for Hunters Bar, shops/amenities and Eccelsall woods
Excellent location for Eccelsall Road, public transport and park plus access to very good public transport.
The room is small but has a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
The house is shared with 2 males & girl (2 students & 1 professional)
The house has a new (off-shot) Kitchen, new bathroom/shower which is also off-shot.
Large lounge with leather suites & TV
Parking outside
The rent is £40 a week and excludes all bills..as i said the room is small so don't expect too much as it does reflect the rent..ref required
