Hi guys,

just wanted to ask if anyone knows of any places or tracks which are open to the public to use for running? I know Fir Vale school has a track but they lock it up after school hours:gag: so does anyone know where there is an outdoor track available in sheffield, preferably near S5?

Also, can anyone recommened anywhere i can do any bleacher drills, ie running up a long flight of stairs?
