Is it just me being harassed or has everyone else started to pay full fare (£3) for a day saver in the early morning on a Saturday...? I have been going to work every Sat morning now for the last few months and only paid £2.50 but for the last 2 I have paid full fare..??

Have you thought of asking customer services about how to get your money back?

As far as I know weekends and off-peak weekdays are still £2.50.

Do you question the driver - he may have got confused and forgotton what day of the week it is?

Or perhaps carry a leaflet with you to prove you are right!

£3 for a day ticket? Is this on First busses? Jesus Christ, that's expensive.

You can ride on a bus all day for that. If I travel from Oughtibridge to Totley and back, and paid a single fare on each bus it would cost me £6 so the saver saves me £3.

Yeah, £3 is for the whole days travel.....get on as many buses as you want all day long from the very first bus in the morning to the very last bus @ night and just sit on them all day if you really wanted too (Can't think of any reason why you would though?)


Not really all that expensive in my experience....only £2.50 on TWM buses and max fare is £1 but we aint in the midlands are we...SHAME

You are being charged incorrectly as it is indeed £2.50 on Sat/Sun.
