Self employed couple with child and a cat seeking a 3 bedroom house or 2 bedroom with small study room or dry useable cellar space for business use.
We would like to be around the s7/s8 area close to a good primary school.
and would love to have a garden if possible,as a play area and maybe growing our own veg (dont worry though..we won't dig up your lawn!)
Also we dont mind doing a bit of work on a place if its needed and we would prefer somewhere unfurnished.
Looking to move after the end of school term in July up to the end of August.
We hope to find a private landlord we can have a good rapport with (and no acency fee's!)
ideally looking at something no more than £500pcm but would consider a little more if it meets all our criteria.
any help very much apreciated!

I have a nice cosy 2 bed terrace house in St Barnabas Road, just off London Rd. Two double bedrooms, plus one smaller study room with big cupboard; fitted kitchen with dining, lounge with gas fire, carpeted throughout. There is a cellar, but it's a bit damp. Shared yard at rear plus some land at the side which could be turned into a garden by negotiation with neighbours (was a garden previously but no one wants the bother now!).
