Guys i'm like King Midas in reverse when it comes to DIY, anything i touch turns to **** :(
I've got a problem where i've painted my bathroom ceiling which is an artex ceiling. The problem being that I painted it and the next morning the artex has cracked and split open :?
Now i've painted other artex ceilings in our house with no problem so am not sure why it's happened in the bathroom. I used the same paint as I have when painting other ceilings.
Does anyone know (a) why it's happened and (b) what I can do to fix it?
We didn't have a shower or anything after painting so I can't imagine any moisture has got into it.

Any ideas?
