I'm a 21 year old, female graduate looking for a furnished, studio or 1 bedroom place with parking as soon as possible as my tenancy expires on June 30th.

I would ideally like to be as close to the city centre as possible or Sharrow, London Road, Ecclesall Road, Hunter's bar, Broomhill or Crookes. The 'studenty' areas so I don't feel too out of touch!!

Being a graduate I'm not the richest so am looking for no more than £400 pcm.

I'm clean and tidy and have to have everything nice so don't worry about the place getting trashed!!

we have a double room in our house that is available. The location may not be what you are after but we work away regularly so you would basically have the house to yourself! The house is in Hillsborough, very close to the tram stop (20mins to centre, 10mins to uni area) and is close to all amenities in this area. I have just read your adv. and i have something that you may well be interested in. Its a house share.. however..... the attic has two lovely rooms and an en-suit Which could be use for yourself - Within your budget.
There is as yet no other people in the house and there are 4 other rooms available. It is my intention to get at least 3 of these rooms filled up! (so its easy and comfortable to live in) Locks on your door(s) is an option.
The house is on Ecclesall road... Past the huntersbar roundabout, up towards the Casino (If you know it). Its not on top of students and lovely location with some shops near by for convenience.
The house has been brandly-New Refurbished with 3 and a half bathrooms and good size kitchen and living area (all for you to use aswell! btw).
