Hi, my name is Jacquie and I have a room available in my house. It is a lovely 3-bed mid terrace in Walkley with nice garden, large kitchen-diner and bathroom, on-street parking. Sharing with one male worker and myself - female, dental student.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, storage, etc

The cost is £55 per week, excluding bills (~£10 per week) and council tax would be shared between 2 (~£40 per month).

Services: Wireless broadband, landline telephone, TV if prefferred, combi boiler, usual kitchen appliances.

Area: Quiet, 2 minutes to tram stop, 20 mins walk to uni, 10 mins to tesco/netto
