Does it have to be S11? I am taking up an offer of a job in Manchester so my house will become vacant end of July. It is on Olive Grove Road, S2 (first Road behind Netto). It has 2 doubles and a single, bathroom, sitting room , dining room (currently being used as a 4th bedroom) and separate kitchen.
