My 3 bedroomed house is currently up for sale but we're thinking of letting it privately as we've found a house we want and don't want to risk losing it. It's in S6, foxhill. Its an end house so has gardens to 3 sides, we'll need our furniture so will be unfurnished. We can make a fairly quick move, approx 3-4 months so will be available sept-oct time. On the other hand if you're fed up of renting we're offering to help out 1st time buyers by paying the deposit ourselves.
