in our house are two rooms available.

1. Double bedroom, first floor, available from 01/06
2. Double bedroom, attic, available from 01/07

The rent is 235 pounds, council tax and water rate included.

The house benefits from a spacious dining room plus a living room.The bathroom in the house is less than a year old and we have a nice backyard for barbecues. There is also a BT Broadband Internet connection.

Our landlord is really great, if anything needs to be fixed it's done immediately. Unfortunately there are no pets allowed, but a cat from the neighbourhood visits us regularly, in case you need a hairy hug once in a while :D

You would be sharing with two female professionals, 31 and 26, non-smokers, sociable, always up for a laugh and enthusiastic cooks - not always enthusiastic about the results, though :help:

We are looking for a housemate of about our age, full-time employed who likes clean and tidy communal areas as much as we do and is also interested in making our house a nice place to live in.
