Hi there! I'm a postgrad student looking for a room (double/single) to share in a flat/house. i'm a non smoker, so i prefer the place to be fresh. prefer to with friendly people in a clean and not noisy place, as I expect there will be quite busy next year. =(

the ideal place would be no more than 65quids/week(bills included), somewhere near Arts Tower, in the area of Broomhill, Crookes, Crookesmoor or S1.I dont need a tv (coz I dun hv a budget for tv licence), but internet access is a must!

my current contract ends in early Sept, somewhere which will be available in early Sept would be great. =)

I appreciate you are looking for something in the crookes area, however, we have two double rooms available in Hillsborough (S6) situated close to the tram stop (10mins to uni). We work away regularly so you would mostly have house to yourselves. Fully furnished the house has cable tv and wireless internet.
The rent would be £70 all inclusive per person and both rooms are furnished doubles.
