Nick Harper, the acclaimed acoustic singer/songwriter/guitarist, will be the headline artist at this year's Barnsley BOMFest on Saturday July 19.
Barnsley's G.U. Medicine, the upbeat Catch it Kebabs, The Headliners, Mid Air91 and The Delicateers are also confirmed to play this year's festival. The BOM nights at The Pulse bar on Thursdays have also turned up a couple of good bands.
For the more mature audience there is Jon Strong who as a solo performer has toured with Ry Cooder, Van Morrison, Robert Palmer, Talk Talk, Danny Thompson, Clannad.
Nordgarden from Norway are also coming to Barnsley this year.
With a great standard of unsigned bands showcasing their skills, with photographers, record companies, promoters all watching the talent on show.
Tickets will be on sale from outlets from Tuesday 6th May for £5.
