Hi would you mind helping me out here, Ive just been offered another possible council house exchange and the post code is S5 9QB.

From the map it appears the property is situated on Deerlands Mount but the person that sent this to me claims its in Grenoside.

Im not bothered either way but would you tell me of your opinions on this area and if its safe for a single mum and a child of 6 years old and what you know of the schools in the area.

Not sure exactly where you mean,but don`t condemn it straight away .Some places on the outskirts of Parsons Cross are very nice.My advice would be to come up and take a look for yourself.

Deerlands Mount is the top End of Parson Cross with Fox Hill just a few minutes up the road, the next road above it leads to Grenoside

I wouldn't class it as Grenoside. Id definately go have a look though :)

Deerlands Is Parson cross, but people wont admit living in parson cross thats why they say Grenoside.

Can anyone tell me what the primary schools are like in this area and if they are recommended.
