We have a modern four bedroom house located near Huntersbar roundabout. It is newly refurbished (only a year old!) and has a large kitchen/diner, spacious living room, private garden, free on street parking and two bathrooms! The only catch is the remaining room is a small single room. This is why we have lowered the rent to £39 per week (the rest of us will be paying £54 to make it fair!)

The three people living there are two boys (Phil and Gary) and me (Katie). Two of us are working and one is doing a PhD. We are looking to share with a friendly like minded person...boy or girl! We are all quite laid back, not too messy, not too tidy, like spending our evenings in living room or out for a drink etc.

We would like our new housemate to be part of our group so you won't have to hide away in your room!
