how to shrink it without it being dispropotioned

at the monet paint, and shrinking it with the box selectr thing

Grab yourself a copy of wingimp (http://www.wingimp.org/) which is free and use the 'scale image' facility :)

On their site is says "download-only @ $29.95 each" (when you press the download button).

Sourceforge has numerous sites dotted around the world so presents you with a list of them - just choose the one closes to you (probably University of Kent). If you do use wingimp though, do remember to download and install the 'GTK+2 for Windows' first or wingimp won't install :)
