I realise that I am quite early, but I just want to know what's out there :)

I am a young professional looking for an unfurnished one bedroom flat to rent in August or September. I am looking at £425 pcm, but can go up to £450pcm.

Most interested near the city centre (incl Kelham Island), but I would consider moving further out if the flat is nice.

I have been looking at flats with letting agencies, but cannot afford their administration fees.
